Every now and then I look at dogs on petfinder. I really want to get a corgi someday, because they have great personalities and I think it's the perfect size for the cats...not so small that Puck will beat it up, but not so big that it will beat up the cats.

She's three years old, very mellow and sweet (exactly the personality I want in a dog). I want to adopt her RIGHT NOW! But we're so not in the position to get a dog. We do have a yard, but I wouldn't want to upset the cats. I'd rather wait till we buy a place that's a little bigger so if they decide they don't like the company of canines, they can have their own space to get away from it.

But *sigh*! She looks like such a little sweetheart!

The cats have been used to having the run of this place for too long, I think they would rebel hardcore having to share it at all. Plus my cat Puck is kind of a badass. I'd be worried for the puppy's welfare too!
